On July 14th, the Wave Browser team took to the shorelines—not to surf the web, but to kick off our partnership with 4ocean through action.
As part of Plastic Free July, we rolled up our sleeves for a Strike Mission beach cleanup that led to the removal of 394.2 pounds of litter from the beach in Miami. It was more than just a cleanup—it was a statement of purpose.
From tangled fishing line to cigarette butts buried in the sand, our team confronted the reality of plastic and trash pollution and marine debris head-on. Every piece of trash pulled was a step toward clean beaches, a healthier marine environment, and a cleaner tomorrow for marine animals impacted by this global crisis.
Why This Beach Cleanup Mattered
Plastic Free July was about reducing single-use plastics—but we wanted to go further. Our partnership with 4ocean allows us to not only help prevent new plastic and trash from entering the ecosystem, but also support ocean conservation by removing what’s already there.
Our local beach cleanup didn’t just contribute to a cleaner coast—it sparked inspiration.
